含Mo双相钢应变硬化曲线的阶段性

【摘要】 本文报道在含Mo双相钢均匀变形阶段中应变硬化行为的研究结果。发现这种钢的应变硬化曲线是由应变硬化指数分别为n1和n2的两条直线组成的。用Ashby应变强化理论和Milieko复合材料强度理论分别解释了这两个阶段的应变硬化行为。认为这种双相钢的强度主要取决于第一阶段的应变硬化行为,而延性则主要由第二阶段的应变硬化行为所控制。对n2值不等于εu的原因进行了讨论。

【Abstract】 The strain hardenig behavior of Dual-Phase Mo-containing steel in uniform deformation was studied. It was found that the hardening curve of the experimental steel in uniform deformation consists of two stages with different strain hardening exponents n1 and n2. This strain hardening behavior can be explained with Ashby’s works-hardening theory and Mileiko’ s strengthening theory in composite. It is shown that the strength of Dual-Phase steel depends mainly upon the strain hardening behavior in first stage, and the ductility is controlled by the strain hardening behavior in second stage. In addition, the reason that n2 is not equal to εu is also discussed.
