热处理工艺对薄钢带组织与性能的影响

【摘要】 本文研究了薄钢带快速加热淬火和快速回火组织和性能的变化规律;设计了钢带连续光亮淬火生产线。淬火炉和回火炉控温精度均<5℃;50A薄钢带热处理工艺参数确定为:淬火炉温1040~1100℃,回火炉温490±10℃,热处理后钢带表面的回火色为均匀一致的兰色或紫色或褐色,力学性能达到:σ_b194~214kgf/mm~2,HV515~615,弯曲值m≥25次,挺直度≥1m。

【Abstract】 An investigation on the structures and properties of steel strip after guenching and tempering by rapid heating was conducted. A continuous production line for shiny quenching of steel strip was designed. The accuracy of temperature in quenching and tempering furnace was controlled within ± 5℃. The furnace temperatures for 50A steel strip were set as: 1040~1100℃ for quenching while 490±10℃ for tempering. The surface colour of tempered steel strip was uniform in blue or purple or brown. The mechanical properties reach a high level: tensile strength σ_b 194~214kgf/mm~2, hardness HV 515~615kgf/mm~2, bending number m≥25 and straightness≥1m.
