冶金测量车在轧机测试上的应用

【摘要】 介绍了由联邦德国研制的冶金测量车的概况及其功能,叙述了该测量车在上钢一厂对1200mm热带钢连轧机第一机架的测量数据。通过对轧制力,主轴扭矩,上、下接轴扭矩,辊缝,主电机的电流、电压和转速,轧件入口及剪切前温度等参数的实测,弄清了该轧机在生产现有品种规格条件下的实际力能参数及负荷水平,积累了轧制温度对力能参数的关系数据,为改进生产工艺和今后连轧机组的技术改造提供了科学依据。

【Abstract】 This paper presents the performance of the metaUurgical measuring automobile made in the Federal Republic of Germany. It also gives an account of measured data, obtained by the measuring automobile on the first stand of continuous hot-strip mill, 1200ram, in Shanghai Steel Works №1.Through measuring the parameters, such as, rolling force, moment of head axle, moment of upper and lower link axle, roll gap, current, voltage and rotational velocity of head motor, temperture of rolled meterial at entrance and before shearer, etc, we have come to understand the practical force and energy parameters and load level under the conditions in producing present products.The relation between rolling temperature and force-energy parameters has been obtained. Consequently it provides a scientific basis for improving production technology and rebuilding the continuous mill in the furture.
