【摘要】 本文对G1515-75型织机中投梭机构所存在的一些问题进行了探讨。通过对织机墙板易发生断裂,托脚的固定螺栓易产生松动以及投梭鼻磨损严重等现象进行分析,提出了一些改进设想。同时对投梭机构所无法避免的剩余动程问题进行了研究,以便为今后的织机改进和重新设计提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The article introduces the problems which existed in the middle picking mechanism of loomtype G1515-75. Through analysing the easy breakage of the loom frame, easily loosening the supporter bolt and easy wearing of the picking cam point, the author puts forward some suggestions.Finally, the author investigates the problem to avoid the residual motion of picking mechanism,which is useful to the reconstruction of old looms and the designing of new ones更多还原
