聚苯乙烯大单体与丙烯酸酯的共聚及其接枝共聚物的研究
Solution Copolymerization of Methacrylyl Terminated Macromer with Butyl Acrylate
【摘要】 本工作研究了以甲基丙烯酸酯基为端基的聚苯乙烯大单体与丙烯酸丁酯溶液共聚的条件、竞聚率及其产物的提纯和表征.由此得到的接枝共聚物平均接枝数为2~6,接枝点间主链段的平均分子量为1.3~3.5×10~4.接枝物存在微观相分离,呈现两个玻璃化温度.
【Abstract】 This work deals with solution copolymerization of butyl acrylate with polystyrene macromer terminated with methacrylyl group. Copolymerization conditions, reactivity ratio of monomer, purification, characterization of the copolymer were studied, It was shown that average grafting number of the graft copolymer obtained is 2—6 and number average molecular weight of main chain segment between the grafting points are calculated to be 1.3—3.5×10~4.There appeared two glass transition temperatures in the graft copolymer, indicating microphase separation.
