【Abstract】 The electrical and optical properties of Sm₂TiO₅, Sm₂Ti₂O₇ are measured. The molecular orbitals of TiO₅^-6、TiO₆^-8 are calculated, and their reflection spectra properties are explained. Both Sm₂TiO₅ and Sm₂Ti₂O₇ have very large forbidden band and resistivity. According to the structure symmetry, their transport properties are discussed.更多还原
