聚四氟乙烯与醋酸乙烯酸的蒸气相共辐照接枝制备色谱固定相
PREPARATION OF GRAFT COPOLYMER PTFE-VAC AS GC STATIONARY PHASE BY MUTUAL IRRADIATION TECHNIGUEIN MONOMER VAPOR PHASE
【摘要】 采用辐射接枝共聚法在微粒聚四氟乙烯表面键合适当单体,已制得具有良好性能的新型气相色谱固定相。本文叙述用蒸气相共辐照接枝法制备微粒聚四氟乙烯—醋酸乙烯酯(PTFE—VAC)接枝物的工艺特点,对产物的色谱效果作了初步讨论。
【Abstract】 A new GC stationary phase with good performance is acquired whenchoosed monomer is bonded to the surface of PTFE micro-particles by radiation-inducedgraft copolymerization. In this paper, the features of the process of graft copolymerization in monomer vaporfor the preparation of PTFE-VAC stationary phase havc been described. Mechanism ofGC effect on the copolymer has been discussed generally.
