【摘要】 <正> 自从Deans在1968年提出利用控制压力平衡的无阀柱切换技术以来,有不少人试图将普通商品气相色谱仪改装成二维气相色谱系统,Schomburg和Deans阐述了二维气相色谱技术的优越性。我们将两台国产气相色谱仪改装成这种二维气相色谱系统,具有对被测组份的中心切割、痕量组份的富集及对重组份的反吹三种功能。本系统具有双柱箱、双氢焰检测器,柱Ⅰ和柱Ⅱ皆为填充柱,两柱之间安装有能快速降温和升温的中间捕集器,利用三通电磁阀、气阻管和歧路块来控制流路Ⅰ和Ⅱ中的载气流动更多还原

【Abstract】 A two-dimensional gas chromatographic system based on the valveless columnswitching technique is described.The system consists of two packed columns of different polarity, two flame-ionization detectors and one intermediate trap. Its entire construction contains two separate routine gas chromatographs and an external unit. The combination of a specially designed manifold, some restrictor and three 3-way solenoid valves serve for changing carrier gas flow direction. A stainless steel tube 140 mmlong acts as a trap. The cooling is executed by using a Teflon mantle tube with inlet and outlet for pushing liquid nitrogen, and the heating is performed directly by electric heater. This system has three important functions of heart cutting, enrichment for trace component and back-flu shing, and has been applied to solve problems of qualitative analysis.更多还原
