静止电位溶出——提高电位溶出分析灵敏度的方法

【摘要】 <正> 本文在前人工作的基础上,研究了:第一,汞离子用量的适宜范围;第二,共存离子干扰限度与Hg2+用量的关系;第三,静止溶出可达到的灵敏度。

【Abstract】 Potentiometric stripping analysis(P.S.A.)at a stationary electrode is one of the technique enhancing the sensitivity of P.S.A. The experiments show that when the mole ratio〔Hg2+〕/〔Mn+〕is greater than n×10, this method holds good. The tolerable concentration of interference ions is directly proportional to the concentration of Hg2+used. The higher the conentration of interference ions is, the higher the concentration of Hg2+should be needed. For examples Of Bi3+, Cd2+, Pb2+, Cu2+, etc., a comparison of the sensitivity of P.S.A. at a stationary electrode and normal P.S.A. has been made. Using P.S.A. at stationary electrode Cu2+in wastewater and Cu2+and Pb2+in cotton are successfully determined.
