计时电位法测定江河底泥中微量汞
DETERMINATION OF TRACE MERCURY IN SEDIMENT BY CHRONOPOTENTIOMETRY
【摘要】 <正> 汞的测定可采用冷原子吸收法,气相色谱法和阳极溶出伏安法等。应用电位溶出法也可进行汞的测定。本文在进行电位溶出时通过一恒定电流,考察了测定汞的条件,对吉林省第二松花江污染地段底泥中的汞进行了测定。本方法设备简单,不需专门仪器,重现性好,便于基层单位推广应用。
【Abstract】 Mercury(Ⅱ)was determined by the following procedure: the trace mer- cury was first deposited on the surface of glassy carbon electrode at-0, 95 V(vs SCE)during the preelectrolysis in a base solution containing IM HCl, lM KSCN and 3×10-5M CdCl2, and then stripped out with a constant current(1μA). There was a linear relationship between the transition time and the concentration of the mercury in the range of 0.01 to 14 ppm. The HgO and HgS in sediment were extracted into 1.25M HCl and 1.25M aqua regia respectively. The extract can be used to determine mercury directly by chronopotentiometry. The method has succeded in analysing of sediment samples taken from the second Songhua River with a relative standard deviation of 2.7% for samples containing parts per million of mercury.
