低剂量60Coγ线照射对人淋巴细胞质膜的效应
THE EFFECTS OF LOW DOSE 60Co γ-RAY ON THE PLASMA MEMBRANE OF HUMAN LYMPHOCYTES
【摘要】 本文报道了低剂量60Coγ线照射后人外周血淋巴细胞质膜表面受体功能和结构的变化。结果表明,25拉德照射后淋巴细胞活性 E 玫瑰(Ea)花环形成百分率显著减少(p<0.01),100拉德照射后未见进一步减少;25拉德照射后淋巴细胞小鼠红细胞玫瑰(ME)花环形成百分率明显下降(p<0.01),100拉德照射后下降更显著;25拉德照射后淋巴细胞膜表面免疫球蛋白 G 阳性(SmIgG+)细胞百分率减少,100拉德照射后减少更显著(p<0.01);100拉德照射后由电镜可见淋巴细胞质膜膨出,细胞核未见异常。
【Abstract】 This paper reports the functional and structural changesinduced by low dose of 60Co γ-Ray on the plasma membrane receptors ofhuman peripheral blood lymphocytes.(1)There was an obvious decrease inthe percentage-of E active rosette forming cells(Ea)after irradiation with 25 rads(P<0.01),but no futher decrease after irradiation with 100 rads.(2)The percentage of mouse erythrocyte rosette forming cells(Ms)dec-reased significantly after irradiation with 25 rads(P<0.01)and the decrea-ment was more significant at 100 rads.(3)The number of SmIgG lymphocy-tes decreased at 25 rads too,there was a significant decrease(P<0.01)since the dosage reached 100 rads.(4)An abnormal protrusion of plasmamembrane was observed under tranmission electron microscope,but no abnor-mality of the nuclei of lymphocytes was observed at 100 rads.Thesefindings suggest that the plasma membrane of lymphoeytes might be one ofthe main sensitive target in irradiation.
