DTPA-双(N-烷基酰胺)类化合物的合成和促排效果
DRUG FOR REMOVAL OF INCORPORATED RADIONUCLIDES CHEMICAL SYNTHESIS OF DTPA-BIS(N-ALKYLAMIDE)COMPOUNDS AND THEIR REMOVAL EFFECT OF CERIUM-144 AND THORIUM-234 ON RATS
【摘要】 本文报道了八个 DTPA-双(N-烷基酰胺)类化合物的化学合成方法及初步的促排效果。
【Abstract】 Eight kinds of DTPA-bis(N-alkylamide)compounds were synthesized for removal of incorporated radionuclides,which are chelatingagents and were obtained on condensation of DTPA with eight kinds of N-alkylamines(N-propylamine,N-butylamine,N-amylamine,N-hexylamine,N-heptylamine,N-octylamine,N-nonylamine and N-dodecylamine),then hydrolysis with NaHCO3.The hydrolysis products are DTPA-bis(N-alkylamide).The efficiency of thece Compounds for removal of incorporated 144Ce and 234Th on rats has been studied.It was foundthat compounds Pu-2,Pu-3,Pu-4 are more efficient on removal of incorporated radiocerium,and Pu-3 is the most efficient compound.For removal of 234Th,compounds Pu-3 and Pu-4 are more efficient than the control.
