LRH类似物对常见无尾两栖类的催产试验

【摘要】 <正> 一、引言上海生物化学研究所(1975)人工合成的促黄体素释放素(LRH)的类似物(九肽),具有促使脑下垂合成并释放促性腺激素的高效功能,已广泛地应用于哺乳类和鱼类的催产,并已成为鱼类的常规催产激素。但在两栖类方面,除上海生化所用蟾蜍进行排卵试验测定LRH类似物的活力外,尚未见其他实验报道。为了通过获取两栖类的成熟卵子,一般每年都要宰杀大量的蟾蜍,摘取脑垂体制备催产剂,这样不仅费时,而且材料受季节的限制,其激素的含量也不稳定,大量

【Abstract】 LRH-analogue (9 peptiole) has already been used as a general oxytocin for fishes and mammals. However, no experiment has been done on frogs. 82 frogs were used for the experiment. They were divided into 6 groups by injec- ting, 2, 5, 10, 20, 30 μg of the LRH-analogue in concentration, respectively. 58 frogs (70.7%)ovulated. The average rates of ovulation were 85.6%,85.0% and 64.3% for R. limnocharis, Bufo melanostictus and R. tigrina rugulosa respectively. For R. tigrina rugulosa, injecting dosage up to loug produced an ovulation rate of 93.3%. It was found 1-20μg/frog was enough for R. limnocharis and Bufo melanostictus, 10- 30μg/frog was enough for R. tigerina rugulosa. No reaction was obtained from R. guentheris. Diluted solution of LRH-analogue may be kept in refrigeration of 4℃ for a long times. We had used the stored sample under the above condition for two years and obtained a good result for the induced ovulation of R. limnocharis.
