【摘要】 本研究应用离心薄层层析法快速分离商品茶中的生物碱。薄层用碱性硅胶GF₂₅₄制备。洗脱剂为三氟甲烷—甲醇（3:2）。分离所得生物碱样品用紫外分光光度计在275 nm下测定。试验结果表明:商品茶生物碱含量与茶叶质量呈正比。因此茶叶生物碱的含量可作为茶叶商品检验的一个指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the experiment, the centrifugal thin-later chromatography was used for the separation of Alkaloids in commercial tea. The thin-layer was prepared with basic silicagel GF₂₅₄. A solution of triehloromethane and methyl alcohol（3 : 2）was used as an eluant. The alkeloid samples was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometer at 270 nm. The results showed that the content of coffeine（1, 3, 7-trimethylxanthine）has a direct relationship to the quality of commercial tea.更多还原
