压电角加速度式扭振遥测系统的研究

【摘要】 本文提出一种以压电加速度计为换能器,通过拾取系统角加速度信息以实现对其扭转振动测量的新型扭振遥测系统。文中给出了这种系统的具体构成方案,并从理论和实验两个方面证明了该方案的正确性和可行性。研究结果还表明:新系统具有灵敏度高、频响范围宽、体积小、重量轻、动态范围大以及价格低廉、使用灵活等一系列优点、是一种值得推荐的、很有希望的扭振测试系统。

【Abstract】 In this paper, a new type of remote measurement system for torsional vibration is presented. which takes piezoelectric accelerometers as a converter and measures torsional vibration by means of the signal of angular acceleration. In the paper, the actual construction of the system is given, and its correctness and feasibility have been proved in the respects of theory and experiment. The research results show that this new kind of system has many advantages, such as high sensitivity, wide frequency response range, small volumn, light weight, large dynamic range, low cost and convenience in use, etc., so it is such a kind of measurement system that is commendable and has a future.
