离心浇注双金属精铸轧辊的研制

【摘要】 本文研究出一种新的钒钛中锰球铁,并采用新型粘结剂硅溶胶制造精铸型壳,用双金属离心浇注的方法,铸造出予应力钢筋压痕轧辊,铸态表面硬度达HRC58—62,表面光洁度达▽5。

【Abstract】 In this paper a new V-Ti and medium Mn ductile iron was developed. Using the new ductile iron and mould shell, which is made ofsilica sol glue-a new binder in investment casting as well as a bimetalcentrifugal casting process we cast a composite roll for pressing prints on prestressed reinforcing bars. The surface hardness of the roll reached HRC 58-62 and its surface finish reached △5 in as-cast.
