不锈钢钝化膜的椭圆法及电化学研究
ELLIPSOMETRIC AND ELECTROCHEMICAL STUDY OF THE PASSIVE FILM ON STAINLESS STEEL
【摘要】 本文用椭园法和电化学方法研究lcr18Ni9Ti不锈钢在含K2Cr2O7的纯化液(5%HNO3+3%H3PO4)中形成的纯化膜及此不锈钢钝化膜在维纶醛化液中的电化学行为。结果表明:(1)钝化膜的生长遵从对数规律;膜的比电阻约为1012(?)—cm,故这种膜有良好的保护性。(2)膜的极化电阻随温度升高而下降,电容则随温度升高而上升,这是由于膜中形成了孔隙。
【Abstract】 Ellipsometric and electrochemical measure-merits are usedto study the passive film formed on lcrl8Ni9Ti stainless steel in (5% HNO3 + 5% H3PO4) containing K2Cr2O7 and the electrochemical behaviours of stainless steel in passive state in Vinylon formalin condensation solution. The result, of measurements show:(1) The rate of passive film growth follows the logarithmic relationship; the specific resistance of the film is estimated about 10~12Ωcm, having excellent protective property. (2) The polarization resistance of the film decreases but capacitance increases when Temperature increases, which is due to the formation and growth of pores within the passive film.
