无水双邻羟基苄胺铜(Ⅱ)的分子结构与晶体结构

【Abstract】 Brown crystals of Cu (o-OC6H4CH2NH22 were obtained by slow evaporation of an alcoholic solution. The crystal structure was determined on a Enraf-Nonius CAD4 four-circle diffractometer. The space group is P21/n, with a=5.395(1), b=9.007(1), c=13.421(1)A, β=98.35°, Z=2. The coordinates of all non-H atoms were revealed by Patterson funtion and direct method. Refinement was carried out by the full-matrix least-squares procedure. H atoms were placed in calculated positions and located from difference Fourier syntheses. The structure was refined to a final R value of 0.033. The investigation confirms that Cu(Ⅱ) ion is at a position of symmetry center and is coordinated by 2N, 20 in a square-planar with slight deviation. Two benzene rings are parallel each other and stepped with the plane where coordinated atoms locate. The coordination units are bonded one another via hydrogen bonds and Van der Waals forces.
