【Abstract】 In the. light of broad sense linear inversion techniques, this paper carries out synthetic inversion of the arrival times of refractive and reflective waves registered on 3 seismic profiles which were situated between the Ma’anshan and Qidong areas. With less time required for the calculations, it is possible to obtain the result that the crust of that area is composed of 5 layers of media. The crustal thickness east of Ma’anshan is about 32 km, whereas that to the east of Changshu, about 28 km. It is also known that a low velocity layer exists within the crust of that area.x更多还原
