【Abstract】 In this paper, it has been introduced first the geophysical features of the crustal wave guide and the transmission characteristics, the field investigations and the experiments in lab. And then, after anlaysing the possibility for earthquake prediction by the crustal wave guide the authors suggested: "Method of Seismically Electric-Magnetic Wave", and "Method of the Back Wave from Artificial Source", by which the anomalous radiation of the seismically electric-magnetic signals and anomalies of medium transmission can probably be caught up, so that the event might be predicted.更多还原
