【Abstract】 The authors have studied mineral morphology and texture of zeolites of Mesozic acid volcanic and volcano clastic rocks in eastern region of China using a home-made Dx-3A scanning electron microscope. The crystal form and habit of the commonly observed clinoptilo-lite, mordenite and analcime in the zeolite rocks were described. The paragentic relationship between different zeolites and between zeolites and montmorillonite was investigated.
