安徽和县奥陶纪牙形石生物地层的研究

【摘要】 <正> 一、前言 1977年为适应在古潜山中找油,气的需要,我们在长江下游地区开展了对牙形石的研究。首先,选取地层研究程度较详细,大化石资料丰富的和县四碾潘奥陶系剖面,系统的采集了牙形石样品,经分析处理获得了丰富的牙形石。

【Abstract】 Orddvician Strata are well developed in the Hexian area, Anhui Province.They were formerly divided into eight formations (see text-fig. 3). Among theseformations, the Changaukou, Honghayuan, Xiaotan and Pagoda Formations coatain abundant conodonts. The conodont fauna is characteristic of the North Atlanticprovince. The study of the conodonts indicates that the upper part of the Chan-gaukou Formation is represented by the upper Tremadocian Stage, the Honghua-yuan Formation the base of the Arenigian Stage, the Xiaotan Formation themiddle Arenigian-Llanvirnian Stage, and the Pagod a Formation is of Caradocianage. The correlation of the Ordovician conodont zones in Hexian with those inother areas in the world is diagrammatically shown in table (in Chinese). Approximately 3,700 conodont individuals are assigned to 62 species and 30genera, of which Erraticodon hexianensis and Scolopodus rexoistodiform are new. Thedescription of the new species and subspecies is given in the Chinese text.
