通用同位素标准化程序及在Sr、Nd同位素分析上的应用

【摘要】 <正> 固体元素的同位素在热表面电离质谱计上分析时,会产生同位素分馏,使得同位素比值测量的重复性和测量精度都受到局限。而在同位素地质学中,有时所遇到的样品之间的同位素比值差别很小,以致被测量过程中的同位素分馏所掩盖,使同位素地质方法的应用受到限制。自从 Herzog et al.(1958)以及 Gast(1962)采用86Sr/88Sr=0.1194对87Sr/86Sr 进行标准化计算之后,提高了样品中87Sr/86Sr 的测量精度和准确度,使 Rb-Sr 法得

【Abstract】 The ISOCAM softwaire in our laboratory could only normalize Sr analysis. In order to normalize Nd as well as Sr, a program in common use has been made. The so called "common use" means that all elements, which can be measured by a thermal Lonization mass spectrometer and have at least three kinds of isotopes (two of them are not radiogenic), can be normalized by the same program.Therefore, a normalization formula in common use has been deduced and according to the formula, the program is made. Its applications in Sr and Nd analysis is shown herein.
