【Abstract】 The types of the branches of the aortic arch in 200 rhesus monkeys (Macaca mulatta) were examined and five types were found. In comparison with the data of De Garis, two new types, e. g., type F-H and type Ⅰ, were also observed in rhesus monkeys.The percentages of these five types are: type A 6.0 ± 1.68%, type B 7.5±1.86%, type C 83.0±2.71%, type F-H 1.5±0.08% and typeⅠ 2.0 ±0.09% respectively.
