Nb3Sn超导带材在高磁场下的临界电流

【摘要】 本文报告了扩散Nb3Sn和气相沉积Nb3Sn带材样品在4.2K、高磁场(~22T)下的临界电流测量结果,表明这两种材料具有良好的超导性能,在12T下,其Jc(Nb3Sn)分别为3.0×103A/cm2及2.9×105A/cm2;在15T下分别为1.4×105A/cm2及6.0×104A/cm2.文中对测量结果进行了简要评价.

【Abstract】 The measurements of critical current of a CVD-Nb3Sn tape and a modified diffu-sion processed Nb3Sn tape at 4.2 K in high magnetic fields (~22T) show that thesetwo Nb3Sn tapes have good superconducting properties. The critical current densityJc (Nb3Sn) at 4.2K is as follows: For diffusion processed Nb3Sn tape, 3.0×105 A/cm2 (12T) and 1.4×105 A/cm2(15T); For CVD-Nb3Sn tape, 2.9×105 A/cm2 (12T) and 6.0×104 A/cm2 (15T), respective-ly. A discussion of the measurements has also been made.
