【Abstract】 This paper presents 14 species of fresh-water Gobioid fishes collected from rivers of Zhejiang Province during the past few years. The two new species included are briefly described as follows.Ctenogobius multimaculatus Wu et Zheng, sp. nov. (fig. 1)D. Ⅵ, Ⅰ-10-11; A. 1-7-8; P. 16-18; Ⅴ. 1-5; C. 17-18. L. 1. 34-37, L. tr. 10-11. Gill-rakers 4+5.Depth 4.1-5.9 in lenth without caudal fin, head 2.8-3.4. Snout 3.1-4.0 in head, eye 4.7-6.2.The new species differs from all known species of Ctenogobius in having numerous small black spots on the head and body, one at the base of body scale.Holotype♂, No. ck-04, 47.5 mm; allotype ♀, ck-13, 41.0 mm; paratypes ck-01, ck-02, ck-03, ck-10, ck-11, ck-12, ck-40, ck44, 22.5-49.0mm; all collected from Anji County (30°40′N, 119°40′E) at Tiaoxi River in July, 1983.Type specimens are kept in the Zhejiang Fisheries College, except paratypes deposited in the Shanghai Fisheries College.Ctenogobius lentiginis Wu et Zheng sp. nov. (figs.2)D. Ⅵ, 1-8; A. 1-6-7; Ⅴ. 1-5; P. 14-16; C. 16-18. L. 1. 30-31, L. tr. 10-11 Gill-rakers 3-4+5-6.Depth 4.6-6.9 in length without caudal fin, head 3.1-3.8. Snout 3.2-4.2 in head, eye 3.7-7.5.This new species is closely related to Ctenogobius cliffordpopei (Nichols) from Tu-ngting Lake in having a black spot between first and second spine of the first dorsal fin, but differs from the latter in having numerous black spots on the head and white spots on the gill-membrane. It resembles Ctenogobius multimaculatus sp. nov. in Having numerous black spots on the head, but has 8 instead of 10-11 soft rays in the second dorsal fin and 30-31 instead of 35-37 scales in a -longitudinal series.Holotype ♂, No. tt-837002, 31.2mm; allotype ♀, tt-837001, 32.4mm; collected from Tiantai County (29°N, 121°20′E) at Lingjiang River on July 14, 1983.
