【Abstract】 Based on the principle of equivalent sources, we have deduced formula for the upward continuation of magnetic anomalies to and from an arbitrary surface.The formula presented in this paper is somewhat like that deduced by B.K. Bhat-tacharyya and K. C. Chan in 1977. But we have made improvements both in the method of deduction of the equations and in the physical idea of the equivalent sources they used.更多还原
