铸造Al-Si合金凝固特点对热裂影响的研究

【摘要】 本文用铝硅合金进行实验,分析和研究了合金凝固特点(结晶区间宽窄.线收缩 率的大小,物理力学性能差异,共晶体含量多少等)对热裂的影响。并对以结晶宽窄 和热裂抗力大小来判别热裂倾向的传统观点进行一定的分析,提出了新的见解.

【Abstract】 A large number of expeiments are carried out by means of aluminum-silicon alloys in this paper. It emphaticallystudies and analyzes the influence of the solidification characteristics of alloys (breadth of crystallization area, size of cry- stallization area, size of percentage of linear shrinkage, differential of physical- mechanical properties, quantity of eutecticum involved etc.) on the hot tearing. Furthermore, the traditional viewpoint for examining the tendency of hot tea- ring by means of breadth of crystallization area and size of resistance to hot tea- ring has been further carried out, and a new opinion is presented.
