过共晶铁水漂浮石墨形成机理的研究
An Investigation on Mechanism of Forming of Kish Graphite in the Hepereutectic Molten Iron
【摘要】 本文通过液淬、保护性气氛和真空下凝固实验、吹氧实验及对漂浮石墨的形态与组 成分析.研究了漂浮石墨形成的机理.其结果表明,漂浮石墨是由石墨、铁的颗粒和 铁的氧化物组成的。它不是由过共品铁水整体积中析出的初生石墨聚集、漂浮而成 的.而是在铁水表面生成、氧对漂浮石墨的形成有重要的影响.但在缺氧的铁水自由 表面上仍有漂浮石墨出现.
【Abstract】 In this paper, the mechanism that the kish graphite forms in the hepereutectic molten iron is studied by the means of liquid iron quenching, solidi fication expe- riments under protectective and vacuum atmosphere, oxygen-blown experiments, x-ray diffraction analysis and soon. It is shown that the kish graphite consists of flake graphite, particle of the iron, Fe3O4 and etc. It is demonstrated that the kish forms on the surface of the hepereutectic molten iron, but does not form from the proeutectic graphite which gathers and floats off in the whole molten iron The effects of the oxygen on the development of kish graphite are very important. Howeyer, the kish graphite still occurs on the free surface of the molten iron where there is little oxygen.
