铜液真空处理的研究

【摘要】 本文对洞液真空除气进行了热力学和动力学分析。通过试验找出了铜液真空处理 的工艺参数。实践证明;真空处理大量铜液是行之有效的除气工艺.

【Abstract】 This paper discusses the thermodynamics and kinetics of vacuum degassing in melted copper alloys. The following conclusions have been reached: 1) the tempe- rature decreasing is smaller in vacuum condition than in atmosphere; 2) the compo- sition change in high manganese-aluminum bronze is small in vacuum condition; 3) the technological factors used in high manganese-aluminum bronze are that the liquid copper alloys are degassed for 15 minutes under vacuum 30 mmHg. This method has been used in commercial production satisfactorily.
