铜合金大型铸件金属渗透铸型(芯)现象的研究

【摘要】 本文根据大型铸件凝固过程金属与铸型相互作用的原理,设计了金属渗透砂型 (芯)的小型模拟实验装置。通过该装置研究了铜合金大型铸件的各种工艺因素对金 属渗透的影响。并对金属渗透砂型(芯)的机理进行了探讨.

【Abstract】 The phenomenon of the copper alloy penetration into mould (core) in large casting has been investigated by the simulated laboratory equipment, in which the permeability of mould (core) sample can be controlled . The following conclusions have been reached: When the mould (core) temperature is equal to the copper liquid temperature and the mould (core) permeability is higher and there is a higher pressure of the liquid metal, the penetration will take place. The penetration is stopped by using fine chromic iron sand.
