大豆花叶病毒的株系鉴定
STUDIES ON STRAINS OF SOYBEAN MOSAIC VIRUS Geng Ying-chun Li Mo-ran Li Yong
【摘要】 根据八个大豆鉴别品种对87个大豆花叶病毒毒株的反应划分成三个类型。只侵染感病品种(Rampage、里外青、黑农28),不侵染中抗和高抗品种的毒株属于类型1;完全侵染感病品种,并侵染中抗品种之一(Marshall、丹×太、东农16)。不侵染高抗品种的属于类型2;对感病品种及中抗品种都能侵染,并能侵染高抗品种之一(Kwanggyo及雷电),属于类型3。类型2型有可能是分布较广的株系;类型3是毒力较强的株系,应给予重视。 供试毒株经鉴别寄主症状、寄主范围、汁液稳定性、传毒介体。菜豆Top Crop检索、血清检测、病毒提纯、电镜观察病毒粒体形态等测定确认是SMV。
【Abstract】 Eighty seven isolates of soybean mosac virus from field-grown SMV-infected plants were classified into 3 strains based on reaction of 8 soybean differentials(5 from our own selection and 3 used by Cho and Goodman)The SMV=2 virulent to moderately resistant cultivars may be regarded as the prevailing strain. Attention must be paid to highly virulent strains which may infect Kwanggyo and Raidian.Based on the characteristics tested such as symptomatology, host range, vectors, stability in sap, serology and particle structure, the virus is identified to be soybean mosaic virus.
