卅烷醇在大豆上的应用

【摘要】 为了研究卅烷醇对大豆植株的反应,在多点进行了两年的田间试验,结果表明:用卅烷醇水液对大豆植株进行喷雾,能调节株型,改善叶片间透光性,提高叶片的叶绿素含量,提高净同化率,大豆产量一般增产10%左右,但不同品种间有区别,大豆的品质也有所改善。 卅烷醇的使用时间和浓度对大豆的增产效果有很大影响,根据试验比较、在初花到盛花期用0.5ppm每亩喷80~100斤药液效果较稳定。如果进行两次喷雾,则笫一次在V3、第二次在R1使用为妥。若长势偏旺的田块,浓度可提高到0.75ppm为佳。

【Abstract】 Field experiments studying the response of triacontanol on soybean were carried out at several locations for two years. The results showed that the treatment with TRIA regulated the plant shape, improved light penetration among leaves, increased the content of chlorophyll in leaves and the net assimilation rate of soybean. The yields of soybean were increased by about 10 percent and the quality of soybean was better than that of untreated plants. But the responses were not the same on different Tarieties of soybean.The time of application and the concentration of triacontanol sprayed were two important factors affecting the effectiveness of the treatment. According to the comparative studies, using 80-100 jin per mu 0.5ppm TRIA and spraying at the beginning of flowering to fall blooming can get the more stable effect. If the treatment were carried out two times, the first maybe take place at the growth stage of V3 and the second at R. When the soybean plants grew too fast before spraying, the treatment with 0.75ppm was the better one.
