用水冷管热流法测定固态电渣导热系数

【摘要】 提出了改进前人所提出的测定含CaF2固态渣导热系数的方法,通过测定有渣壳和无渣壳的铜-氧化铝水冷套管中热流值,即可求出渣壳的导热系数,测定了ANF—6(70%CaF2—30%Al2O3)与L4(15%CaF2—50%Al2O3—30%CaO—5%MgO)渣的导热系数,其温度范围分别为637~1273℃及760~1188℃,其导热系数均随温度升高而增大,并求出了两种渣导热系数与温度的关系式,在1000℃下L4渣的导热系数较ANF-6渣少50%,此法简便可靠。

【Abstract】 Provides an improved method for determining the heat conductivity of CaF2-bearing solid electroslag on the basis of earlier works.Measuring the water mixed with slag crust passing through the water-cooling copper tube which encases a thinner alumina one and comparing it with that measured merely for the water, the heat flux passing through slag crust can then be determined and so the heat conductivity. Determines the efficient heat conductivity of the ANF-6 system electroslag (70%CaF2-30%Al2O3) in the range of 637~ 1273℃ and that of L4 slag (15%CaF2-50%Al2O3-30%CaO-5%MgO)in the range of 760~1188℃, both increase with temperature. Gives empirically the relationships between heat conductivity and temperature and finds that the heat conductivity of L4 is 50% less than that of ANF-6 as the temperature is below 1000℃. The method is proved simple and reliable.
