振动筛面上振动着的物料对筛体(横梁)的载荷识别
Load Identification for the Frame or Beam Acted by Vibrated Material on a Vibrating Screen
【摘要】 本文应用试验模态分析方法研究了振动着的物料的载荷效应,发现了这种载荷是一系列冲击力的作用,导出了动载荷的表达式,发现了高次谐波共振现象,这些结果可用于振动筛框的动强度设计中。
【Abstract】 Tries to employ the experimental modal analysis method to study the load effect of the flapping and jumping surface loading on the frame or beam in a vibration screen and obtains the equivalent dynamic load expression.lt is found that this type of load is an action composed of a series of impulse force with the presence of the f/2 order harmonic excitation, where f means the working frequency of screen, and also the superharmonic resonances. The result is available to the dynamic strength design of the frames in screen machine.
