异径单辊传动冷轧带材力能参数的研究
ROLLING LOAD AND TORQUE IN STRIP COLDROLLING USING DIFFERENT DIAMETER ROLLS BUT DRIVEN BY A SINGLE ROLL
【摘要】 采用四种辊径比,两种带钢原料,三种张力制度,两种润滑条件和各种压下率对异径单辊传动轧制的力能参数进行了实验研究,在实验中采用了一种新的张力传感器的标定方法,文中用上界法推导了一个求纯轧制力矩的理论公式,给出了一个用计算机求解的,考虑了从动工作辊和其支持辊的所有附加力矩的轧制压力计算方法,这些理论计算结果和作者的实验结果符合较好,针对冷轧带钢的常见范围,还推导了一个精度和计算机解十分接近的轧制压力简化公式。因此,可在不用计算机的条件下,不需迭代,便可完成轧制压力,轧制力矩的计算。
【Abstract】 A series of experimental investigation were performed for determining the rolling load and torque in strip cold-rolling using different diameter rolls but driven by a single roll, including 4 work roll ratios,2 types of strip and lubricants and 3 tension systems with a new method introduced to calibrate tension sensor. This paper derives a formula of pure rolling torque based on the upper bound method and gives a calculating method of rolling load by computer taking account of drag torque and elastic flattening of rolls. A formula is further developed to facilitate the calculation of both rolling load and rolling torque in normal case of strip cold-rolling witheut computer. Results theoretically calculated are shown to be in agreement with those measured in experiments.
