离心式压缩机非对称螺壳的损失和最佳速度的决定
Determination of Loss and Optimum Velocity in Asymmetrical Volute of a Centrifugal Compressor
【摘要】 本文用边界层理论推导出计算离心式压缩机非对称圆断面螺壳摩擦损失的公式,在同时考虑摩擦损失、螺壳入口冲击损失和出口扩压管损失的条件下,提出决定螺壳内最佳平均速度的方法,实例表明,按作者方法计算出的螺壳总损失比用现有各方法计算的结果更加逼近实验值,且用此法根据最小损失原则设计出的螺壳,可获得高的效率。
【Abstract】 Based on a hypothesis that the volute is equal in cross-section everywhere to the cross-sectional area of that at 180° and on the boundary layer theory, a formula is derived to calculate the friction loss in an asymmetrical circular-sectional volute of centrifugal compressor. The total volute loss is then given by adding together with the losses from inlet shock and from outlet diffusion tube, and further the optimum average velocity of gas flow in the volute can be determined. Applying this method to calculate the total volute loss, as shown in practice, a result is even nearer to the experimental data than that using the prevailing method. In designing a volute the dimension of that can be found out directly by use of a nomogram constructed by the ratios of optimum velocity.
