【Abstract】 Shoots of cultures were cut and transferred to greenhouse and planted in trays with vermiculite. The substrate was kept damp and covered with plastic film under natural light. Without adding hormone or any other chemical regulators the rooting rate reached 90-97.8% and survival of the transplanted plantlets was over 96%.更多还原
