【摘要】 1984年,用20只母鸡进行了硒(Se)对孕酮和雌二醇影响的研究。实验组饲喂含0.02ppm Se的低硒日粮。对照组饲喂含0.252ppmSe的补硒日粮。血液中和羽毛中硒含量随日粮中的硒含量的增加而增加,两组间血硒和羽硒含量差异都非常显著(p<0.001)。应用放射免疫分析法(RIA)测定了血浆中的孕酮和雌二醇的含量,两组间差异均不显著(p>0.5;p>0.05)。由此,作者认为,硒对孕酮和雌二醇的分泌无显著影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 A study was conducted with 23 hens to determine the effect of selenium on progesterone and estradiol in 1984. Experimental group was fed with low selenium diet containing 0.020 ppm Se. Control group was fed with seleniumsupplemental diet containing 0.252 ppm Se. The concentrations of selenium in blood and feather increased with the increasing of selenium in diet. There were significant differences (P<0.001) between the concentrations of selenium in blood and feather for the two groups. The concentrations of progesterone and estradiol in plasma were determined by Radioimmunoassay(RIA).The differences of progesterone andestradiol both contents between groups were not significant (P>0.5 and P>0.05). We consider that the secretion of progesterone and estradiol is remarkably unaffected by selenium deficiency.更多还原
