【Abstract】 Seven biochemical indices were determined on experimental selenium deficientduckings. The results indicated that blood glutathione peroxidase(GSH-px)activity and blood selenium concentration were positively correlated (У=0. 98,У=1. 53+103. 85x). Blood GSH-px plasma lipase and trypsin activities of diseasedgroups were markedly decreased, but fecal fat contents were increased,and differences between these two groups were highly significant(P<0. 01).No marked changes of plasma amylase activity and blood glucose contentswere found.更多还原
