低硒日粮对鸡生殖激素影响的研究——硒对睾酮的影响(第一报)

【摘要】 1984年用20只公鸡进行了硒(Se)对睾酮影响的研究。实验组饲喂含0.0200ppm Se的低硒日粮,对照组饲喂含0.2520ppm Se的补硒日粮。在171和181日龄时,血硒和羽硒含量如下:实验组为0.0935±0.0034和0.0240±0.0390,对照组为0.2450±0.0083和0.4320±0.0410。肾硒和睾硒含量:实验组为0.6080±0.0246和1.0504±0.0696,对照组为1.5310±0.2281和1.5787±0.1932。除睾丸外,血液中、羽毛中和肾脏中的硒含量随日粮中硒含量的增加而增加;两组间,血硒含量差异非常显著(P<0.002),羽硒、肾硒含量差异均显著(P<0.05)。但是,睾硒含量差异不显著(P>0.20)。应用放射免疫分析法(RIA)测定了血浆中的睾酮含量,实验组与对照组测定值(毫微克/毫升)分别是1.3600±0.1100和1.3000±0.0850,两组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。因此,证明硒缺乏时对睾酮分泌的影响不明显。

【Abstract】 A study was conducted with 20 cocks to determine the effect of selenium (Se) on testosterone in 1984. Experimental group was fed with low selenium diet containing 0.0200 ppm Se. Control group was fed with selenium supplemental diet containing 0.2520 PPm Se. At 171 and 181 days of age, concentrations of selenium in blood and feather were as follows: experimental group 0.0935±0.0034 and 0.0240±0.0390; control group 0.245±0.0083 and 0.4320±0.0440. The concentrations of selenium in kidney and testis: experimental group 0.6080±0.0246 and 1.0504±0.0696; control group 1.5310±0.2281 and 1.5787±0.1932. The concentrations of selenium in blood, feather and kidney increased with the increase in selenium in diet except the testis; There was prominent difference (P<0.002) between the concentrations of. selenium in blood, and significant difference(P<0.05)betvween the concetrations of selenium in feather and kidney for the two groups. There was no difference (P>0.50) between the concentrations of selenium in testis.The concentration of testosterone in plasma was determined by Radioimmunoassay (RIA). The values of experimental and control groups were 1.3600±0.1100 and 1.3000±0.085 (ng/ml) respectively. There was no significant difference (P>0.05) between the two groups. It demonstrated that testosterone secretion was unaffected significantly by selenium deficiency.
