人造金刚石磁性的研究
A MAGNETIC STUDY OF ARTIFICIAL DIAMOND
【摘要】 人造金钢石的合成,以碳素为原料,合金为触媒。其晶体内部往往含有一定数量的触媒合金包裹体,使得人造金刚石具有磁性,亦导致其他物理、化学性能发生变化。研究结果表明,人造金刚石的磁性属铁磁性,其磁性强弱与混入晶体内部杂质元素的种类、含量紧密相关,与抗压强度、晶形完整中和粒度等均有一定关系。因此,人造金刚石的磁性是质量鉴定、产品分级及其合理应用的重要依据。
【Abstract】 In the synthesis of artificial diamond, carbon is used as raw material and alloy as catalyst. In crystals of artificial diamond inclusions of catalytic alloy are often unavoidable. Alloy inclusions make diamond magnetic and change its physico-chemical properties.It is shown that this magnetic property belongs to ferromagnetism, whosd intensity depends closely on the kind and quantity of impurities in crystal ane on the resistance to pressure, size and perfectness of crystalls. Therefore, the magnetic property of artificial diamond is an important criterion for qualitative evaluation and category classification.
