【摘要】 从中药夏枯草Prunella vulgaris L.的二氯甲烷提取部分分得五种结晶,经理化常数和光谱分析,证明为齐墩果酸、熊果酸、胡萝卜甙、β-香树脂醇及四种同系高级饱和脂肪酸。药理实验证明,结晶A(齐墩果酸与熊果酸混合物)及以A为主要甙元的总皂甙,具有降压活性,总皂甙并有抗心律不齐的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 From the fruit of Prunella Vulgaris L. five crystalline substances were isolated. Through spectroccopic analysis, preparation of derivatives and determination of physicochemical constants, the five compounds were identified as oleanolic acid, ursolic acid, deucosterol, β-amyrin and a mixture of four saturated fatty acids.Pharmacological study showed that A (Oleanolic acid and Ursolic acid) and saponines both have anti-hypertensive activity, and the saponines have anti-cardiac arrhythmic activity.更多还原
