“血瘀”病理模型探索(一)

【摘要】 依据中医内伤忧怒及外感寒邪可致“血瘀”的理论建立“血瘀”实验模型。通过血液流变学方法测定其血粘度和红细胞电泳的变化。 对大白鼠皮下注射Adrenaline 0.1%~0.2ml每日二次,并在其间进行一次冷刺激(冰水)5min以形成“血瘀”。在处置一日或二日后形成模型。血液增粘、增浓、易凝。 单用冷刺激不能形成“血瘀”。单纯注射Adr只能使血液增粘、增浓,但不易凝。

【Abstract】 According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine that grief and anger and external cold may induce "Blood Stagnation", we designed a method to induce an experimental model on "Blood Stagnation" by determining changes in blood viscosity and red cell electrophoresis through hemorheological means.Stagnation of blood was induced in rats by injecting subcutaneously adrenaline 0.1% —0.2 ml/rat twice a day and applying cold stimulus (ice water) five minutes between injections. The model was established in 1 or 2 days. The blood viscosity and thickness were increased and the blood was made easy to coagulate."Blood Stagnation" couldn’t be induced when using cold stimulus alone. Though blood viscosity and thickness could be increased significantly by injecting adrenaline alone, the blood wasn’t easy to coagulate still.
