【Abstract】 A HPLC method for the determination of the concentration of theophylline in serum was reported. Requiring only 100 μl of serum, using a simple mobile phase (methanol: water=1:2) and adopting the solution of diprophylline as internal standard, the method is simple and practicable. The compatibile drugs which commonly used simulutaneously with theophylline give no interference. The recovery is about 95％. The coefficient of variation is less than 5％.更多还原
