铝(Ⅲ)-柠檬酸-α-甘油磷酸或四环素、PAS三元体系的pH电位法研究

【Abstract】 Three systems, Al(Ⅲ)-Cit-α-GP, Al(Ⅲ)-Cit-TC and Al(Ⅲ)-Cit-PAS were studied by means of pH potentiometric titration.With the previously proposed method, the log formation constants of the mixed ligand complexes, Al(Ⅲ)-Ci-α-GP Al(Ⅲ)-Cit-TC and Al(Ⅲ)-Cit-PAS were determined. The constants were 14.84 (S. D. 0.16), 18.11 (S. D. 0.25) and 22.20 (S. D. 0.22) respectively at 25.0± 0.1℃ in the presence of I=0.10 and in a nitrogen atmosphere. The distribution diagrams of complex species in the three systems are also presented in the article.The mixed ligand complexes are could be used as pharmaceuticals for treatment of silicosis with supplementary action to compensate phosphorus deficiency due to aluminum uptake (Al(Ⅲ)-Cit-α-GP), and to inhibit inflammation (Al(Ⅲ)-Cit-TC) or tuberculosis (Al(Ⅲ)-Cit-PAS).
