【Abstract】 Alcohol extract of TFAM is a mixture of equal quantities of alcohol extracts of Tramella and Armillariella mellea. It exerts a decrease of heart rate in rats and an inhibitory action on the isolated heart of toads.There is an inhibitory action in the ST segment elevation of myocardial muscles caused by pituitrin in rabbit’s ECG. It can also antagonize ΣST elevation by ligation of the anterior descending branch of coronary artery in anesthetic dogs.A decrease of oxygen consumption and an increase of tolerance to hypoxia induced by isoproterenol in mice are found. An increase in coronary blood flow and decrease of coronary resistance in aneasthetic cats after intravenous injection of drugs are observed.It has a significant inhibitory action on thrombosis in intact rats and it also exerts an significant inhibition of platelate aggregation in vitro.The LD₅₀ of Alcohol extracts of Tramella fuciformic and Armollariella mellea in mice （ⅳ） are found to be 8.6 （7.7—9.5） g/kg.更多还原
