【Abstract】 A quick method to analyse tiaces of abscisic acid in small plant samples is described. The sample size needed is less than 1 gram fresh weight. The sample can be seperated with only one operation of thin layer chromatography. It can be ready for gas chrom atography analysis after esterification. Only 2-3 hours are needed for the whole procedure to get analytical data.更多还原
