【摘要】 本文报告血卟啉的光动力疗法治疗口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤的效果。经随诊1～13个月,其中特效14例,显效2例。所有病人均按4～5mg/kg进行HpD静脉滴注,注射后48～72小时用红色的染料激光(波长630nm)在肿瘤部进行照射,产生了光动力效应。肿瘤光照的激光功率剂量时间以200～250mw/cm~2,每照射1个光点为20分钟,按肿瘤病变的大小分点照射,在16例中15例是一次治疗,二次治疗的1例,有一例在治疗后5个月复发为纤维肉瘤。在并发症中仅有一例是太阳光照射后面部水肿,很快得到治愈。该项治疗对口腔颌面部,还可避免毁容及致残,尤其在早期治疗可以得到较好的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 The results of hematoporphyrin derivative(HpD) and laser-induce photodynamic therapy(PdT)in the treatment of 16 cases of oral and maxillofacial malignant tumors are reported.Fourteen of 16 malignant tumors exhibited complete response and two exhibited partial response to PdT.All of the patients were injected with HpD with a dose of 4-5mg/kg intravenously.After 48-72 hrs, a red laser beam from dye laser with wavelength of 630 nm was then used to illuminate the lesions in order to damage the tumor by the photodynamic mechanism. The power density was maintained at 200-250mw/cm2 illumination about 20 minutes for every point. Fifteen patients were treated once, one patient twice, where the dose of HpD in the second treatment was reduced to 3mg/kg when the interval between two treatments was within 2 weeks. One patient revealed a recurrent fibrosarcoma 5 months after treatment.As to complication, only one patient suffered from sun burn with edema of the face.She recovered soon after the treatment.Disfigurement and deformation of oral-maxillofacial portion may be avoided when this method of treatment was used ,espe-cially in the early stage of disease.更多还原
