【摘要】 前列腺素E₁在体外、体内都能明显抑制血小板聚集,静脉注射后前列腺素E₁在体内活性可维持5小时以上,说明其活性不像某些作者所认为的经一次肺循环即很快消失。并用放射薄层扫描法证明前列腺素E₁具有抑制血小板合成血栓素A₂的作用,这就从前列环素及血栓素平衡理论上支持前列腺素E₁可有效地用于临床防治血栓性心血管疾病。更多还原

【Abstract】 Prostaglandin E1 evidently inhibits platelet aggregation not only in vitro but also in vivo.After intravenous injection, PGE1 persists its activity for more than 5 hours, suggesting that its activity does not disappear rapidly after one circulation through pulmonary vessels as somea uthors believe. With thin layer radiochro-matography it is proved that PGE1 obviously inhibits thromboxane biosynthesis,which again supports the view that PGE1 is effective clinically in preventing and treating some thromboticcardiovascular diseases.更多还原
